The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) is the largest institution under the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC) and has nine branches. The Higher Diploma courses of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) and the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) under VTC are currently accepting applications from mainland high school graduates.
